Time Zone Meeting Planner

Plan meetings across time zones: see a meeting time in up to 6 cities with working hours highlighted. Handles daylight saving time automatically.

Green = 9 AM–5 PM working hours, yellow = 7–9 AM or 5–9 PM, gray = night. Daylight saving time is applied automatically for the chosen date.

Find a meeting time for a distributed team

Set the date, time and your time zone, then pick your colleagues' zones. You'll see the meeting time for everyone, plus a 24-hour strip starting at your chosen hour so you can spot the slot where most people are in working hours (green).

Daylight saving time

The US changes clocks on the second Sunday of March and the first Sunday of November; Europe changes on the last Sundays of March and October. For a few weeks each year the gap between New York and London is 4 hours instead of 5. The planner uses your browser's time zone database, so it always applies the rules for the date you pick.

Tips for global meetings

  • US East Coast + Europe: 8–11 AM New York time.
  • US + India: early morning US or late evening India—rotate who takes the inconvenient slot.
  • US West Coast + Asia-Pacific: late afternoon Pacific time.
